Instructions:
Step 1: Make the Dip
- Blend the cottage cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor or with a stick blender until smooth. Stir in herbs if using.
Step 2: Prep the Veggies
- Wash and slice all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: Plate and Serve
- Arrange veggies around a small bowl of the dip. Chill for 5–10 minutes if preferred cold.
Add a pinch of paprika or a dash of hot sauce to the dip for extra flavor.
