Ingredients:

  • 6 Babybel cheese rounds (or similar small cheese wheels)
  • 6 slices of lean turkey breast (deli-style, thinly sliced)
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or hummus (optional)
  • Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions:

Step 1 – Prep the Ingredients

Unwrap the Babybel cheese rounds and pat dry if needed. Lay out turkey slices on a clean surface.


Step 2 – Assemble the Roll-Ups

Spread a thin layer of mustard or hummus on each turkey slice if using. Place a Babybel cheese round at one end of the turkey slice. Add a few spinach leaves or cucumber slices on top if desired.


Step 3 – Roll Them Up

Roll the turkey slice tightly around the cheese and veggies, securing the cheese inside.


Step 4 – Serve & Enjoy

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with a little black pepper if you like. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
