Dip each mandarin orange segment into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly.


Step 3:

Transfer the chocolate-dipped segments to a parchment-lined baking sheet.


Step 4:

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt for garnish.


Step 5:

Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
