Ingredients:

  • 8 whole wheat crackers
  • 3 oz (85g) smoked salmon slices
  • 2 tsp light cream cheese or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Fresh dill sprigs or chives, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)


Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Base

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or Greek yogurt on each whole wheat cracker.


Step 2: Top with Salmon

Place a slice of smoked salmon on each cracker.


Step 3: Garnish & Serve

Add a small dill sprig or chopped chives on top. Finish with a light squeeze of lemon juice and a crack of black pepper if desired.


TIPS

Use plain Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese for fewer calories.
